Please help this newbie out.
In a few months bibili na ako sasakyan ko for the very first time.
How to prevent it or maybe a good content creator I can watch.
Do they think it’s pretty?! Bakit kailangang mang balahura ng ganito?
Sa mga gumagawa ng ganito, bakit?
I'm 5 years into a 10 year payment plan with Manulife Philippines Variable Universal Life (VUL) insurance, paying approximately 40k annually. My agent and I had a quick call and included a concerning news: my fund value has dropped over 50% due to exposure to Philippine stock market downturns.
She advised me to reallocate to international investment funds, citing Philippines economic pressures, political uncertainty, inflation concerns, and global market volatility. The issue: she says I cannot convert this to pure insurance or adjust the product type. She assures me I'll remain covered after the 10 year payment period ends, and I do have critical illness coverage included (450k rider).
Here's my dilemma: I'm worried about the remaining 5 years. The fund losses are significant, and I'm not confident in the agent's recommendation. I'm seriously considering canceling this policy entirely and finding alternative insurance.
Questions:
I'm not trying to get rich off insurance, I just want protection. But I don't want to throw 40k a year at something that keeps losing money. What would you do?
Seryoso, namatayan sa bahay or sa hospital, wanna be prepared in case.
