After the March 2026 changes (retirement of default outbound internet access from Azure VNets), will a VNet-integrated Azure Function App encounter problems sending telemetry data to Application Insights?
Any insights would be greatly appreciated, as this might be a bit of a confusing topic for me. Thanks!

In the participiant field of the teams chat window in dynamics- I can never seems to find tenant members without much strife.
Does anyone know if we change the search config? For example- can we set it to search for firstname.lastname@domain ?
Also do you need a licence to be able to select the link in the chat? If we have internal SMEs then it will become expensive to licence them all and adding them into a chat whilst using the app seems to be of little benefit to the agent working on a case. They might as well email screen shots.
