How do we report noisy motorcycle here in butuan?
Hello, I live in Libertad. Grabeeeeee ka balahura ning mga tag iya ug single motor dri sa butuan. I wish the LGU would do something about it. My God. Ang among bata dri magkaratol2 kay ang mga riders no consideration, kusog kaayo ug buto sa ilang tambotso. I get that going fast for them is the coolest thing ever. Pero grabe gyud, purya gaba... How do we start with a complaint like this?
