So I’m currently working front end, I’m an assistant but mainly cash. There is a posting for morning merch right now part time. I’m really considering it as I’d be done by 9am and could then go about my day. Just curious as to your experience working it, if you liked it more then front end and if you get offered extra hours often or not.

I’ve been with the company now for 5 months and waiting on an SIT posting, what do you think the odds are of someone so new getting it. For reference I have 4 years of management experience at my old job, I say yes to extra hours all the time, I’m also an assistant but they have me basically only cashing as I’m good and constantly have an mph of roughly 58 and ipm of 24. Just wondering what the chances of me getting it being new with previous experience are over someone with no experience.
