How to quantitize the solo button?
Hello, newbie live user here. I'm basically doing a live setup with e-drums, guitar, trumpet and a midi for synth/piano. So far everything's going well as I'm using a launchpad and that plugin that sequences the loop for how many bars you want, so I'm not using quantization that much. But I want to make some nice passages between songs, muting tracks, getting others to solo etc in different ways. But even with quantization on, when you hit the solo button, it mutes everything else instantly. Is there a way to make it so it only activates solo after a few bars? I seen some alternatives out there like mapping the tracks to crossfading and doing the passage yourself, but as I'm dealing with other instruments, the 1 or 2 bar delay is really helpful for transitioning.
