What’s missing?
For all who travel and stay in campgrounds / caravan parks….
What’s one thing you’ve seen somewhere that you think all parks should have
For me: washing machines, that include washing powder and usable washing baskets

I had an appointment today with ortho surgeon.
With the results of my latest MRI done last Friday, surgeon confirmed today this isn’t “just a flair”. Much more damage now showing.
Just want to share the update here, among a group of people that understand the relief I am feeling from knowing I’m not crazy, my pain is every bit as real as I’ve felt it, and it’s not in my head.
He threw a lot of info at me, so I may have some of it twisted, but in short, the labrum isn’t worth fixing, there deterioration in the joint, inflammation and leakage(?) from the bone. Joint is stuffed, needs a hip replacement.
I’ll preface by saying I have labral tear/s, bursitis, broken cartilage, ligament thickening and had PRP done in April.
I’ve had a multitude of hip issues - born with undetected mild dysplasia, dislocated pelvis when I was pregnant 9 years ago leading to Symphis pubis disorder, osteo arthritis in the hip and three years ago labral tear was detected, which has aided bursitis and ligament damage.
Im at a loss. I live near Canberra (Australia), and the specialists I’ve seen here have said I need to learn to live with the pain, I’m too young for a hip replacement (I’m 41), and too old for them to bother with arthroscopy.
I took myself to Sydney to see a pain management specialist, who in April performed two rounds of PRP, which helped IMMENSELY after about two months. I was almost back to walking properly, my pain was a dull ache on a bad day and life was looking up.
Then he decided I need to start physio.
First session last week - all good. A bit more achey than normal for a few days after, but that’s all. Just achey. Not pain.
Monday this week - he massaged deep in the joint. It wasn’t pleasant at the time, but I put it down to it being where most of the ongoing ache is, so it was aggravating that a bit but would overall help.
Tuesday I was in pain. Battled through the day thinking if I could get the joint moving it would settle down - nope.
Yesterday - pain is worse. Took heavy meds to sleep.
Today - left work early, walking like a question mark, with shooting pain, radiating to my back again.
WTAF had the physio done, and is it going to settle back down? I reached out to the both the physio & the specialist today, and was told they would both get back to me but haven’t.
Please reassure me that all the healing I’ve done through hasn’t been undone
