Is this a good deal?
I am interested in getting a 5 carat diamond round brilliant. Here’s one for Walmart that seems to be about 2000 bucks less than JCPenney or what have you for a similarly situated diamond. Has anyone ever tried this brand? I imagine with an IGI certificate it can’t be too bad, but thought I would reach out if anybody has any other better resources or ideas, etc. thank you :-)
