I am trying to find a specific tv show It takes place in the present day.

Details I remember:

\- There is a well-dressed African American man standing in a suburban neighborhood.

\- He is wearing from what I remember black slacks and a coat (I think the coat is khaki or yellow).

\- He looks up at the sky.

\- The camera moves straight up into the air, goes right "through" the sky, and reveals that it's actually a fake ceiling filled with a stage grid, studio lights, and mechanical equipment observing everything below.
