A client just agreed to 50% upfront before I even sent a quote. Now I don’t know what to charge.

Coffee shop rebrand in the Middle East. Boutique, premium market. Scope is full brand identity: logo, color system, typography, guidelines, plus the full print rollout. Signage, staff uniforms, cups, packaging. Direction is partially set, colors already agreed. One month, solo. 3 years of experience. This is the first project with him.

Every time I price projects like this I either get an instant yes (which means I went too low) or radio silence (which means I panicked and went too high).
