Backup question

I'm thinking of doing a backup and factory reset. Basically SMS isn't working for secondary accounts like it once was.

My question is with a backup do I have to re-log into all my accounts example reddit, banking, email or will everything work as if I just rebooted my device and will secondary accounts still exist or is the backup just for the primary account?

As we drove out to the country to buy an old FORD car, the lady and I were literally JUST joking 20 minutes before finding this becuase i was able to pee outside so easily, while she said "I need a detachable penis."

Feels like maybe granite? was it part of ancient roman statue or a joke gift?
