Hey y'all! Ive been on 100 mg of Spironolactone for the last year and whilst it's helped a bit, its not enough. I was told to do topical minoxidil but I can't risk it because of my cat so we went the oral route. So now ive been on 1.25mg of Minoxidil a day for about 3 and a half weeks, but the water retention and inflammation is BAD. Like BAD. ALSO OH MY GOD THE DREAD SHED IS TERRIFYING. LIKE CLUMPS?!

Does that ever get better? like how long before it goes away...
