Why are the skael such a big deal?

Sup, I am a Polish student. I entered this sub to see what A-levels are and to find out how those exam compare to the Polish national exams.

All I see here are posts about skael. Why is it such a big deal? Genuine question: is it because of unfairness only, or is it because of some other reasons?
And more importantly, why the hell do half of your exam papers kael? Is there a reason why it is so hard to protect those papers?

I think we've lost the plot atp

Tried to search for google, and the first link was a sponsored result leading to some random music video instead of youtube.com. If this is not a predatory tactic, then I don't know what it is. Does anyone else encounter this?
The video already has 500k+ views, but barely any likes, and only 3 comments
