Gday there,

Had some sparkys come over to remove and install my private power pole. They did a good job on the new pole etc can't fault em, they had filled in this old pole with sand so I didn't actually know they'd just cut the old pole down at ground level and didn't remove it.

Few weeks passes and some rain has filled the hole and it's exposed from the ground now, I've tried to get a hold of them but you know what's it's like sometimes so I wanted to ask opinions on this. Should this old power pole just be filled with cement or something?
