Trying to find a good gym in the area I heard the Laurier gym is to busy

I’m trying to register for my courses first year bba and I clicked submits and then it was loading for a bit than gave me an error message

I was late on applying to residence I’m currently enrolled to start my first year in fall if I apply yo the residence waiting list for the Waterloo campus how likely am I to get residence ?
