For the sibling waiver, do both the older and the younger siblings have to have played continuously to maintain eligibility through the waiver? (For example, if younger sibling plays every season but the older sibling decides to play one season with their zones league, could older sibling re-join younger sibling at some point?). And do they have to play both fall ball and spring ball with that league to be considered “continuous”? I read through the LL regs but am still confused….
