Best coffee alternative for a sensitive stomach?

Coffee has been messing up my stomach lately. I still love the whole morning routine, but now even one cup can leave me feeling nauseous or weirdly acidic for hours. I tried skipping it, but mornings feel off without something warm to drink.

I want something that still feels like a real morning drink, not just plain tea or hot water.

Does mushroom coffee really work?

I have been trying to cut back on coffee because I get the crash hard mid morning. I still need to feel alert and focused for work or studying, but regular caffeine seems to make things worse instead of better.

I have heard mushroom blends like Beyond Brew can provide steady energy without caffeine, but I have never tried one. 

I'd love to hear real experiences, both the good and the stuff that didn't work, because i don't want to waste money on something that only gives a placebo effect.

Best morning drink to avoid feeling drained all day

I have been sleeping 7-8 hours almost every night, so i thought my energy would be fine by now.

But I still wake up feeling tired. Not like “I need 10 more minutes” tired, more like my whole body is moving slow. I get through the day, but i feel foggy, lazy, and kinda drained for no reason.

It's annoying because everyone always says just sleep more but I am already doing that. Now I am wondering if its my diet, stress, coffee, vitamins, or something else i am not paying attention to.

Has anyone fixed this without doing some insane wellness routine?

I have been noticing that after meals my stomach feels bloated, and digestion can feel slow or uncomfortable. It’s not every day, but enough that I am starting to pay attention. I have tried changing my diet, drinking more water, and spacing out meals, but it doesn’t seem to fully fix it.

How to get steady energy and focus without coffee?
