I'm hoping to connect with ABA clinics in the United States that are actively hiring and provide BCBA supervision for master's students working toward certification.

A little about me:

• I'm from Trinidad & Tobago.
• I hold a BSc in Psychology.
• I'm enrolling in Purdue Global's MS in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABAI-recognized Pathway 2 toward BCBA eligibility).
• My long-term goal is to relocate to the U.S., build my career there, and become a BCBA.

I'm trying to be proactive by identifying employers before I relocate. I'm looking for clinics that:

• Are currently hiring or anticipate hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians, or similar roles.
• Employ BCBAs who provide supervised fieldwork hours required by the BACB (1,500–2,000 hours, depending on pathway).
• May be open to considering an international candidate once work authorization is secured.

I'm not asking anyone to sponsor me immediately, and I'm not looking for general advice about becoming a BCBA. I'm specifically hoping to hear from people who know of real clinics with open positions or employers that have previously hired international candidates.

If you currently work at a clinic that is hiring, or know of one that:

• Provides quality BCBA supervision,
• Has a supportive learning environment,

I'm hoping a Canadian BCBA or someone with connections in the Canadian ABA community can help point me in the right direction.

If you're a BCBA open to taking on an in-person supervisee, know someone who is, or can point me toward Canadian ABA clinics that work with international students or new graduates, I would be incredibly grateful.

I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction or might be open to supervision themselves.
