Considering buying our first family home down that way, and want to take the family down this weekend to explore some of the Western neighbourhoods to get a vibe - looking for suggestions on nice areas to walk around (townships, parks, playgrounds, cafes, bays etc).

Mum is really into sourdough making at the moment, hoping to go shopping tomorrow somewhere around Sydney to grab a few bags of different artisan flours. Preferably just in 1-2kg bags. Anyone have any suggestions where to get the really good sh*t?
Got the boys tomorrow and need an activity within 1hr of the CBD. I feel like Ive done all the main kid attractions on repeat the last few years (zoos, museums, pools, parks, playgrounds etc)… I need some left of centre ideas… hit me! (please & thx)
