When I first started playing dynasty and redraft 10 years ago, Berry was all that and had pretty sound advice and rankings.

I feel like the last few years that’s changed and he’s just another talking head for a larger corporation.

Curious everyone’s thoughts and who you all listen to for fantasy information.

Hi everyone, I’m a 28M who had a CAM deformity and labral tear due to hip impingement.

I had surgery 10/2024 and recovery went very well. I’m highly active (running, hiking, surfing, weight lifting) however the last 6 months the aching has creeped back in and it’s generally in the front of my hip and groin.

I just had new MRI and X-rays done and everything looks healthy, no new tear, no new bone growths.

I will wake up and it will ache. I will go workout and it feels fine, then aching sets in pretty soon after.

My surgeons recommendation is to get a hip injection as he think it may just be inflammation inside the capsule while simultaneously taking oral anti inflammatories for the muscles and starting PT again.

I have complete strength and generally does not hurt while being active but am hoping to see if anyone has a similar experience and what they did to fix it long term?

I initially read all six books in 2024 and I just did my second read through and frankly I want to do it again.

I’m so attached to the world and characters that I want to pick it up again from the start.

Hopefully I’m not the only one 😂
