Moving overseas but I have a dog!

I have to move overseas with my husband to Europe possibly within the next 1.5 - 2 months but we have a dog. It’s hurting me so so bad because there’s a high chance of me not being able to take him with us. I can’t stop crying. I’m finding all avenues to take him with us but it’s not looking so good. I don’t have any family or friends to take him. Most of my family is allergic or not able to take care of him. I’m exhausting all of my options and running out. Please help me! Just give me all options that can help me please or options on what to do, where he can go (i hate that it may not be with me and im beating myself up) he’s 1.5 years old and an Australian shepherd mixed with English shepherd and is 80 lbs. please help me with options

My dog and I moving overseas HELP!!!

My dog (Australian Shepherd mixed with English Shepherd 1.5 years old Male - 80 lbs) moving overseas to Europe and I’m so nervous because he will have to go under the plane. What can I do to keep him calm under there? What are some tips and tricks moving a big dog overseas? Would this be costly? It’ll be by the end of August, beginning of September! TELL ME EVERYTHING & MORE. Sn: we stay in an apartment and haven’t been able to properly keep him in a crate closed while we’re gone because he will bark and we will get a noise complaint and fined. GIVE ME ALL INFO
