I had a fistulotomy 2 months ago, i still have a small greenish thick discharge. What i noticed today is 2 new dots (drainage spots) on the gauze. Is this concerning?

Hello everyone, i'm a bit worried of the fistula recurring.

Is it normal to have a constant greenish drainage for up to two months after fistulotomy ? It didn't increase nor decrease for over a month.

I had a deep perianal abscess 8 months ago, after the surgery the wound didn't heal completely (a draining hole persisted in the wound) and we discovered a fistula which had an extended branch to the scrotum. When the secondary branch was forming i had a ringling feeling there.

Now 2 months ago i had a fistulotomy, the main tunnel wound was left open and the secondary one was stitched ( the doctor said it's superficial ).

Now after 2 months, the surgeon saying the open wound is 90% closed but i still have a minimal greenish thick drainage which the doctor said is normal.

What's making me worried and paranoid now is the drainage that didnt reduce and the exact same tingling feeling that i felt when the secondary tunnel was forming.

What do you guys think about that? Did someone have the same feeling and drainage after 2 months ?
