One of the most emotional Cassian portraits I've ever created
Fun fact about this piece: when I picked the reference, I didn’t immediately remember the scene, I just loved the emotion. But when I chose the quote for this post, I picked Maarva’s message via Brasso.
“Tell him, none of this is his fault. It was already burning. He's just the first spark of the fire... Tell him that I love him more than anything he could ever do wrong.”
And damn, it turns out that was the exact moment I drew. This just added another layer of heartbreak for me ❤️🩹
