We’re looking modernize the support stack using a combo
of AI integrations and cleaned up, smart skills based routing.

Hiring manager is an experienced CX leader who knows all the pitfalls with Zendesk with a strong track record in developing strategy and systems to deliver high quallty scaled out support without thinking AI and Zendesk can wave magic wands and do the impossible.
