She's basically admitting that people send her money for things in exchange for services Victor does in prison. Although she didn't say what his services are just gave examples. And her friends also accept money from prison on her behalf for surprise gifts.

I was under the impression this was seen as money laundering and is always illegal. I know people do it but I thought they were always a big hush about it. Correct me if I'm wrong.
