I'm in an entrepreneurship class and we get extra credit if we create a toolkit item that we can reference later when we're actually starting a business, and i want to create a checklist for things i'll need to know for LLC formation and later for taxes. Does anyone have any tips that i won't learn in this class but will be important if/when i start a business in the future?

Every Sunday i sit down with coffee and review my finances because i actually enjoy doing it. The funny part is i realized recently that i rarely make any decisions afterward. I look through everything and go right back to my week. It feels like I've built a really good reporting dashboard instead of a really good system to take action from. How much do time do you guys spend reviewing vs actually taking action on your finances?
