Is it possible for a lorikeet to co exist with another species (seperate cages)?

My partner and I were at a pet store and we saw a poor macaw with their whole chest bare from plucking. We felt so bad for them, it got us talking about one day adopting another parrot that had come from a bad home to give them a good life. However we have a green naped lorikeet and I’ve heard they can’t ever get along with other birds. We wouldn’t have them in the same cage and we would only allow them to be out of the cage together with supervision. Does anyone have a mixed flock with a lorikeet and what sort of birds would be okay with this arrangement?

Favorite uses for anchovies that keep the fillet in tact?

I’m not talking about mixing it into a sauce or a stew or mashing it up into butter, I really like the taste of a whole anchovy fillet as a topping. I saw a post on here where they put em on boiled eggs and I tried it and it was amazing. Have yet to try it on pizza but I want to; other than that how do you guys use em as a topping?

(Green naped lorikeet) My partner has been in the hospital, we thought he was only gonna be gone a couple days but it’s looking like it’s gonna be a bit longer. I’ve been taking care of this lil guy in the meantime but my partner has always been his favorite. I’m afraid he’s gonna start plucking his feathers or something or get emotionally damaged from him being gone so long :(
