Fired for failing a skills test, advice needed

I was recently let go for not being able to complete a skills test as a probie.I failed multiple times due to various reasons & some bad luck, but I accept the responsibility as mine alone. Reason for my post is how do I go about talking about this in future interviews? It’s easy to bring it up and talk honestly about it, but I am worried on what to say if asked “ how do I fix or overcome this for the future?” type questions. I worked with an officer for multiple weeks till the run was flawless , but unfortunately let go before another test was administered.

Thank you for any insight.

How to dispose of O2 cylinders?

Hello, have a few OOS o2 cylinders that I was tasked with disposing at my department. I have removed the regulators & valve from the top. Are these okay to just put in the recycling bin? Nobody at my department has tossed them before. Any help is appreciated.

EDIT - In Callifornia
