I'm a UBC student subletting my apartment for the summer while I'm away. Brand-new 2 bedroom + den at U Boulevard (top floor, 6th), right next to the AMS Nest and the UBC Bus Loop.
The basics:
- Available June 1 to August 31, 2026 (some flexibility on dates)
- $4,500/month all-inclusive (heat, water, hydro, internet)
- One party only — family, friends, partners, or co-workers traveling together (not separate strangers)
- Sleeps up to 6 (pullout couch in living room counts for 2)
The space:
- Master bedroom: queen mattress (no frame), desk, dresser, closet, private ensuite bathroom
- Second bedroom: proper bed with frame, closet, full bathroom right outside
- Den (works as workspace or sleeping area for one more person)
- Fully equipped kitchen, furnished living/dining, large balcony with ocean + mountain views
- In-suite washer/dryer
Location:
- Steps from AMS Nest, IKB, every UBC building, food court below the building
- UBC Bus Loop right outside — direct transit to downtown/BC Place (~45 min via 99 B-Line + SkyTrain)
- FIFA World Cup matches are at BC Place June 13 to July 7, in case that's relevant to you or someone you know
- Wreck Beach 10 min walk, Pacific Spirit Park trails right there
Terms:
- Half-month damage deposit ($2,250), BC standard
- No pets, no smoking
- Bring your own bedding and towels
Probably suits: families visiting Vancouver, groups of friends, visiting researchers, co-op students, or anyone who needs a real apartment for the summer rather than a hotel or scattered Airbnb bookings.
