Burden of a Day was my first introduction to post-hardcore. Then they stopped releasing music and Kyle Tamosaitis et. al began recording as the band “Colours”. Their EP Skin & Bones (which is very much not post-hardcore) gave me so much to look forward to…. Then it disappeared from all streaming services and their style and sound changed drastically.

Well- Skin & Bones is back on Spotify. And it’s been a fun dive back in!
