Google Play Support is lying to avoid giving rewards (Conclusive Proof Attached)

I reached Top 5000 in Subway Surfers for 500 Play Points, but Google never paid. I have been waiting for over 36 HOURS for a resolution while being ignored.

The Cycle of Misdirection:

  1. The Instruction: Google Support (Diana) told me in Arabic that they are not affiliated with the game and insisted I contact the developer (See Image 2).

  2. Following Orders: I followed their instructions and contacted Sybo Games (Subway Surfers developer).

  3. The Truth: The developer responded (See Image 1) and explicitly stated: "The league feature is an initiative from Google Play Games... contact Google Support."

  4. The Final Deadline: I went back to Google with this proof. After waiting for over a day with no results, I gave them a final 4-hour ultimatum to fix their mistake. They chose to remain completely silent (See Image 4).

Image 3 shows that I can no longer even access the league page to claim anything, despite earning the rank.

Google is sending customers on a wild goose chase for nearly 40 hours just to avoid honoring a 500-point reward. Please help me get this noticed.
