Jobs where you travel?

I feel like I am stuck in the mud with my current work. I am a toolmaker by trade but currently live in Australia and I couldn't find a job as such so I started to work as a draftsman for structural engineering company and I don't enjoy to be in the office whole day. I perform much better around people and my dream always was to travel for work. Prior to this work I always worked 12 hour days and then had days off. I really miss that, Mo-Fr 9-5 isn't really for me.

I had a friend who worked for glass chandelier company and flew all around the world to install them. Something like that I would enjoy as I would see the result of my work and there would be start-finish motivation. In my current work if I finish a project, I receive a new one few minutes later and it really feels like never ending gig. When I get chance to fly or drive out for inspections, suddenly I enjoy my work much more but it is very rare in our company.

In my spare time I do archery, bowhunting, make knives and end grain cutting boards. I have good eye for detail and really enjoy time in the nature. I wouldn'd mind studying for something if I got really inspired by the opportunity, at the moment I feel lost for ides.

Any input will be appreciated.
