I enjoy watching YouTube channels related to Zepbound/glp-1 weight loss and would love some recommendations. (I know I can do a search on YouTube and I have. I’m just wondering what others like.) TIA!
Can we please stop calling ourselves slow responders when we’re losing .5-2lbs p/wk (or 1-2% of our body weight)? That’s the recommended rate of loss! There’s such a misconception about it because we see so many people on this sub who have lost very quickly, so others start thinking that what is actually medically indicated is slow. How about we use other terms for those responses? Optimal? Perfect? Superb? Model? On point? Pretty fucking awesome?
