Ain't no one is ugly or beautiful
Idk I think tbh, it's just a face.. there's nothing more to it .. just a face like every human has .
And since I see different contradictory beauty standards across the world ..I've come to believe there's no rule book ...south Asians are obsessed w white skin ..west is obsessed w tan skin .. east asian are obsessed w pale skin .. in west and europian contries no one likes pale skin .. and it's not just skin but facial features, hair type etc too ...
I think what we call "Beauty" and is defined by none other than our media. ..ads, films , etc .. whatever skin tone they glaze becomes the national standard...
A lot of people start to feel insecure for no reason..sad .. this illusion of beauty has put a lot of people in self doubt self hatred and mental pain ..
Yes there is a type everyone has a type .. if a person is not your type it doesn't mean the person is ugly or beautiful..you don't prefer those features or looks .. someone else would or maybe not .. it's like cloth or art ... U may or may not like an art but your liking doesn't define it's worth ...truth is there is no such thing as "worth" that can be defined to that piece of art .. it's just an art .. brushes and colours .. that's it .
