I have a balcony garden with a few empty pots from last season. They’re fairly large, I had a couple butterfly bushes that didn’t survive the winter. What blooming plants can I plant now?

I have a mock orange and a rose bush, so any other suggestions would be appreciated! I also have a small herb garden.
