Can someone check my math?

I’m at 90% overall and I’m trying to understand the how bilateral gets factored in and how it affects your actual rating. I’m at 87% right? I used a few calculators and I get different numbers. TIA

Do I start a new claim/supplemental/HLR or just live with it?

Recently had a claim close with a favorable decision for my back issues. (40%) **Finally** However my other part of the claim was mental health and it wasn’t favorable. I’m rated 50% and it was just continued. I feel as if my issues weren’t communicated correctly or there was a misunderstanding somewhere between me and the psychologist at the C&P. It’s obviously very frustrating. I’m torn between just leaving it alone but I want it to be corrected.

I’ll post the explanation but overall it says I have no problem adapting to stressful situations. Maintaining relationships/work life. No irritability. Also the big one I’m stuck on is no suicidal ideation. (No need to worry I’m seeking care) During my exam the psychologist asked “Do you have a plan to…” I said no. Answering all questions direct. We moved on. In hindsight I’m beating myself up because it’s my fault I didn’t press the issue and let it be known.

Aside from hardly ever sleeping - On a day to day basis it crosses my mind but i have no intention of doing it because too many count on me to provide. As far as the others my work life is terrible. I have been written up this year due to leaving work early because the mental load gets to me. Some days Im a real bitch and I’m snappy at people for no reason. This affects my relationships with my coworkers. Im working on it but ya know. What do you do

Anyway I’m bitching and complaining. Sorry

What would be my next step? Or should I just let the issue be and not address it. Just want some advice from a brother/sister. TIA
