I mean punched for the title. Been reading a lot of Reddit posts about falls after surgery

Had surger ypost op 8 weeks out. I have been punched directly on the shoulder last week. ive kept it in the sling with no problem up until today and have been icing daily. I did PT for the first time today since the punch and lord it hurts !! off the sling on the sling all the fucking time. its been swollen and is really swollen today. Do u guys think i messed up the surgery. Btw my shoulder was against my body and it absorbed the punch. It didn’t swing at all

It still feels a bit loose a little swollen. I can do everything with little to no pain right now but my external rotation is worse than it was before I got punched. I am so fucking scared please any consolation or advice will help. I’m just so anxious about it all I cannot sleep

6 weeks post op after a labrum surgery. My dumbass drunk friend punched me in the shoulder after I said something stupid and without realising hit my post op shoulder. This was like an hour ago and now it’s all swollen up and a little numbness but there’s no pain. Just worried don’t know what I should do. The impact was slightly below the shoulder but still worried that his dumbass ruined everything. Should I actually be worried cuz it doesn’t hurt at all
