Seniors Am I cooked?

My 2nd year just got over and my CGPA is around 8 right now. I don’t have any backlogs, but seeing people with 9+ CGPA and crazy resumes is making me stressed 😭

Am I cooked for placements/internships if my CG stays around this range?

I was thinking about grade improvement too, but I heard companies kinda don’t care much about improved grades or sometimes even see it negatively. Is that true or just a myth?

Can you guys tell how much cgpa is good enough to get into a good company
