So I have been working here for about 8-9 months in the meat department. After 5 months they hired 2 new people who I trained to close. They bumped me to more of a mid shift for 1 week than put me back to night crew. One person transferred to stock and now I’m stuck with another person who does absolutely nothing. How long is it normally until you actually move up from night crew? I like the department but idk how much longer I can last with closing. Mind you the other person who closes with me doesn’t even do the room, dishes or weekly’s ever. It’s pretty frustrating. I’ve talked to my manager at least 3 times but nothing has ever been done. I’m just at a stand still rn and don’t know what I should do.
