The title is Sh'iba and the Quest for the Purple Diamond.

It's about gem shaped creatures who live in a diamond kingdom, ever since the King died and the queen got kidnapped, Lord Doo'mian took over all of Diamondia, now Sh'iba, Z'anno, and their bird friend Gw'uum embark on a quest to save the queen and get the purple diamond film once and for all.

Danny Elfman is set to provide the music.
