I interviewed for a Software Engineer position and just got this email from the recruiter:

> “Thank you for your time and effort in interviewing for the Software Engineer Position... The hiring team has completed their review, and I'd like to schedule a brief call to discuss the outcome.”

Then they sent a calendar link to book time.

For people who’ve gotten a similar message: was it an offer, rejection, team match, feedback, or something else?
