Please someone confirm to me if this is normal
My friend was in a accident April where a bakkie ran a red and smashed into her on her motorcycle

I was on my way to meet her when it happened and I coincidentally ran into the scene

I ran to her side to figure out what’s what and she basically looked like a pretzel

The ambulance arrived but wouldn’t take her anywhere or render aid without confirmation that she had medical aid

I lost my shit and almost attacked them
Is this normal???
Wtf

She suffered major injuries to the head and is barely coherent and they’re asking me about payments, medical aid and such

Hey all
Long story short I was taken into the ICU not too long ago as I was unable to breathe on my own.

I’m 194cm tall at 117kg and gym frequently. I am not fat by any means however I am struggling to take care of myself.

Examples
Showering I cannot wash everywhere due to extreme mobility issues (skin is now getting infected in some spots due to excessive sweat)

Getting dressed is a struggle

Tying shoes is mission impossible

On paper it sounds like I’m morbidly obese but I’m far from it

I’m starting to do mobility training to help but I cannot look after myself alone and I do struggle to breathe when I sleep

My question is what do I do?
Do I hire a care worker ?
Is that even an option for me ?
I’m 21 this year
