The Plessis-Robinson, "Îlots du Ponant", 2025, 700 housing units
While most people have heard of this city for its neo-Haussmannian urban renewal, few are aware that, for some reason, the town is experiencing an "Italian"-inspired construction boom on former industrial land. Îlots du Ponant is the first delivered project of four in this architectural style.
It definitely sticks out from the rest of the city,
