I love this bass line sm but when I learned it, I noticed that it's highlighting the VI and the I of E major, but the bass line is playing over more than these chords, it's playing over vi - V - I - iii (at least from what I found online about the chords ).
I don't understand how it works this well over the I - iii part . Can anyone please help me, or am I looking too deeply into this 😭😭😭😭
Also, if I'm wrong anywhere, please feel free to correct me. I'm really bad at this music theory stuff.
