New at silks, grip/hands hurt really bad for weeks at a time

21 year old girl with not much upper body strength to preface. (Cant even get up into straddle without help or doing it my own weird way) So I've only had 4 aerial silks beginner classes, once a week, every week for 4 weeks. My grip has begun to hurt so bad, I wake up every day and I can't move my hands without them hurting. Even after stretching they hurt throughout the day. I think I can see my knuckles inside and they're bruised or something, they're blue (not sure if they were that way before i never payed attention lol) and it hurts to curl my fingers every day, and it doesn't go away even after a week. Also, last time I was in wrist lock I burst a bunch of capillaries in my hands so the back of my hands looked like I had red/blue freckles all over, they were just burst capillaries. Is there anything I can do, do I need to take a break from classes? Or will my strength improve and the pain eventually go away? Idk what to do here.

Sacramento area. 21 year old girl. I am so incredibly frustrated. It took me literally 5 hours (in a busy zone, I work in a restaurant in that zone and I know we were getting orders) to get my FIRST ORDER, for $3. I spent nearly $20 gas driving around to "hot spots" and waiting for literal hours. I've been dashing for 20 hours the last 3 days, and have gotten 3 small orders. I dont know what to do. I've been dashing 3 hours today in busy times and zones, wasting gas, for nothing. How many more dashes until I can finally get some more? It's been costing me more money than I'm making, and I really need a second job. This has been so stressful and tedious. I've also been having to schedule almost all of my dashes, since zones are full of dashers.
