Jesus' sacrifice replaced all old sacrifices...
So I've never heard anyone talk about this, but I've thought about biblical topics A LOT and have come to an interesting trail of logic. My first statements are basic Bible facts, that I have double checked, so I didn't really bother to add verses for them.
According to the Bible, Jews used to do all sorts of animal sacrifices that were commanded by God, and one of these was an animal sacrificed for sins done in ignorance. Interestingly, on the cross Jesus said "forgive them for they know not what they do."
Now, we now that Jesus' blood and sacrifice replaced all past sacrifices so that they were no longer necessary to do- including the sacrifices for sins done in ignorance.
So my point is this- if Jesus' death covered sins done in ignorance, (e.g. a Christian believes taking weed isn't sin in Christianity -which it isn't, just like consuming alcohol isn't sin, but let's pretend it is sinful for the sake of this example- and consumes weed edibles thinking it's okay, that sin was covered by Jesus sacrifice even if the person doesn't repent of taking weed because they never knew it was a sin), then HONESTLY not believing in God because you think science proves He's not real, or HONESTLY thinking Jesus isn't God(Christian Unitarianism), or HONESTLY thinking kissing your gf/bf before marriage is okay, and HONESTLY thinking Islamic Jihad is good are all covered by Jesus' sacrifice. Again, Jesus literally said "forgiven them for they know not what they do" on the cross. He didn't say "forgive them once they realized they sinned" so if they died right then and there they wouldn't be forgiven, but just forgive them for they KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO.
Christians say those who've never heard of Jesus aren't judged not for believing in him, and his sacrifice will still cover their sins if they repent, but not hearing about Jesus and being ignorant that he's the way are basically the exact same thing. Not believing in Jesus after hearing someone say "Jesus is the Savior, Christ, God, and the way! Believe in him for eternal life!" is not reasonably enough reason to say they've denied Jesus, as nobody reasonable, even Christians, believe in Jesus just because they heard the gospel, which is why tons and tons of people only become Christian after research or some experience or after discovering some scientific thing that makes them believe in God.
I've thought about this argument a lot and I don't see any faults in it. Please, prove it wrong.
