<insert rate that’s substantially lower than my usual accepted rate>

The rest of the message goes along the lines of “ by agreeing to this limit, you acknowledge that this will be your rate for this project however, accepting this rate limit will not affect your rate for other projects and declining the rate limit does not qualify you from participating in this project.”

My question to EN employees: by declining the lower rate, how realistic is it that I’m even considered for the project?
