Pink rocks dug up at work.

I work for a large Bus company in London UK and a couple of years ago they uncovered asbestos while digging holes for vehicle inspection pits to be installed, recently after digging to install a new sewage system they found more. Today they started digging in another part of the yard and have uncovered this pink coloured rock, each of these times there has been no precautions in place whatsoever to contain any dangerous materials being dug up. I was wondering if anyone would know what this pink rock could be? Upon doing a reverse image search I believe it could be either Arythrite or just pink dye from previous works being done but I wanted to seek advice first before taking it further with the company.

Cheers!
