Has anyone taken fluxotine to help with dpdr and had success severe aniexty restless irritable racing thoughts can’t sleep can’t get comfy I dunno how much longer I can cope no appetite feel so sick

Taking 20mg fluxotine for severe aniexty which triggered dpdr someone please tell me it gets better 12 days in and I feel awful can’t sleep nausea no appetite horrible racing thoughts restless I need hope
