Hi. I am a masters student and I have an assignment for a course in Leadership and Innovation that requires me to interview a leader in a business of any scale.
If you are a small business owner, a manager, or anything else that requires you to manage people (team of any sizes), you are allowed to participate in this study
The interview will be held asynchronously, so there is no need for schedule matching. I will give you interview questions, and all you have to do is to record yourself answering the questions.
