
Samsung x Roblox Promotion Claim
Hi, I am unsure where to go or who to ask about this promotion that ran from September 2025 to December 2025.
I bought the Tab S10FE+ from Amazon on November 29th as it was 100$ cheaper than from Samsung themselves (Also, yes, I saw that this was sold and shipped from Amazon themselves). I saw on the promotional website that any other authorized retailer was included for the offer as well, but it never really mentioned how long to wait or where to receive it. I waited 30 days, as many people on this Reddit post mentioned they had to wait 30 days for Samsung to process the gift card. I saw some responses say they had received it via email, while others mentioned it was via the Samsung Store. I've already checked both my email and app for the offer, but I never received it.
I've talked with Samsung Support, and they told me to wait until the return date had passed, since people would order the tablet, get the gift card, and then return it to receive the free $100 Roblox gift card. I waited until February, as the return window was for 2 months. I went back to Samsung support, as they told me to contact them after the return window passed, to see if they could help me figure out where to claim the offer but they had no idea of how or who processed the offer and after they told me they weren't sure but that since I had ordered the tablet from Amazon I'd have to contact them directly for a solution. I contacted Amazon afterwards, and they told me they were not able to give me a solution as well and to contact Samsung Support for more details about the offer. I went back to Samsung, and they told me to contact Roblox for more details of the offer, even though the promotion was between both Samsung and Roblox. Either way, I went to Roblox and opened a ticket about the issue I was having, but Roblox hasn't responded to me since, even though I opened the ticket almost a month and 2 weeks ago.
Anyone who has had any issues or any solution to this issue? Or anyone who has received the offer either by ordering it directly from Samsung or from a third-party retailer such as Amazon?
I appreciate any help or ideas that can help me with this issue!
